Hackintosh vs Mac: is the mac really worth it?

When it comes to work mac os is a common choice but when it comes to price/performance is a mac really worth it. The can still both dual boot.

• Runs slower

Hackintosh

Pros

• Still runs mac os x maverick

• Has better specs

• Very cheap

• Cheaper per GB (hard drive)

Cons

• Charges I devices slower

• Build it yourself

• Less support

• If something goes wrong send parts back in separately
• May not always update

For security go with the mac but for price/performance the Hackintosh will always win
