First of all NO but that doesn't mean you shouldn't do it.Selling a Hackintosh is a 100% and you will definitely get caught but putting mac os on a custom built pc or OEM is illegal even if you put mavericks or lion that you have bought, apple rent you the software unlike Windows, think about Apple really are quite greedy 4gb ram and 2.5ghz processor would be a £200 pound pc but a mac £1000;yes you do get 10 times more support and ten times more reliable but at the end of the day is it really worth it.

On www.tonymacx86.com it doesn't actually say that a hHackintosh is illegal (not that I know of) and this can be quite misleading and so can apple,yes it does say in the EUlA that you can't but it on a not apple device but in reality hardly no realy reads it.
Yes it is illegal and yes it is to sell them but would you get sued by apple for putting it on a non-apple device no. Apple are guilty themselves the only reason we have mavericks ( and all the other apple os') is because they took someone elses software (illegally) and modified it.
This was writing on a mac I know i'm a hypocrite (didn't use a mac by choice).
