Many people prefer to build their own computers and others like to buy theirs pre build but which on is superior?
Gamers
Gamers will always want to future proof and build your own computer will allow you to future proof and upgrade. It will be easier to upgrade as you already know where everything goes and what parts are compatible with your system. You also have to option of running windows 7,windows 8, steam, linux or even mac osx and the latest hardware is always available.

A pre build system would be ideal as it will be reliable and if anything thing goes wrong you have warranty from all major companies for at least a year . Upgrading will be more difficult but still doable but future proofing is not necessarily needed as software only utilises the CPU and ram , of which the CPU is very difficult to upgrade on any device and ram being the easiest .
Overall custom builds and pre builds have there pros and cons.A pre build for safety and a custom build for the latest specs but ultimately it's up to you.
