Can you game on a mac?

PC gamers will always say consoles are inferior to their pc counterparts but what about mac?Can it even handle Minecraft?

Macs aren't gaming machines and should be a based around video/music/photo production and editing and not games like Metro Last Light. But how does a Mac stack up to these games Austin Evans recently did a video on how his late 2013 Mac Pro does.Video Here.

As you can see if you watched the video all the pc games that were available on Mac (which were slightly limited),weren't 100 fps but were totally playable. The main problem would be NO CRYSIS but there is justification in this as no one should buy a Mac for gaming no matter how high end it is.There is no way an iMac could even play minecraft with shaders on high settings let alone Tomb Raider.

Ultimately if you plan to do a little bit of gaming and a lot of video editing a mac could be in your options.Hardcore gamer? No way. Music production a mac should be up there,it's reliable and has decent built-in speakers when you're first starting out and decent inputs.Macs should only be used for light gaming; very light gaming.
